Refund & Cancellation Policy
Understand our booking, cancellation, and refund process before you purchase.

This policy applies to all vehicle purchases, bookings, and accessory orders made through Trikaal E-Mobility Pvt. Ltd. directly or through our authorised dealer network.
1. Booking Amount
- A booking amount (token advance) may be required to confirm your vehicle order. The exact amount will be communicated by our sales team at the time of booking.
- The booking amount is adjusted against the final invoice amount at the time of delivery.
- Booking receipts are issued by Trikaal EV or the authorised dealer collecting the amount.
2. Cancellation by Customer

Custom-built vehicles (cold storage vans, food carts, special body builds) are non-cancellable once manufacturing has started, as materials are procured specifically for your order.
3. Cancellation by Trikaal EV
In rare cases where Trikaal EV is unable to fulfil your order (e.g., due to production constraints or unavailability of a specific variant), we will:
- Notify you promptly.
- Offer an alternative model or delivery timeline.
- Provide a full 100% refund of the booking amount if you choose not to proceed.
4. Post-Delivery Returns
Vehicles are not eligible for return after delivery and registration, except in cases of a proven manufacturing defect that cannot be resolved under warranty. Such claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery and are subject to technical inspection.
5. Warranty Claims
Warranty claims (battery, motor, chassis) are handled separately under the product warranty terms provided with each vehicle. Warranty is not a refund mechanism — defective components are repaired or replaced.
6. Accessories & Spare Parts
- Unused, unopened accessories or spare parts may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided they are in original condition with proof of purchase.
- Electrical parts once installed are non-returnable.
7. Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds are made to the original payment source (bank account, UPI, NEFT).
- To initiate a refund, email info@trikaalemobility.com with your booking reference, contact details, and reason for cancellation.
8. Disputes
Any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
